Black Tech provides IT-based solutions including software development, web development, mobile applications, and related services. All services are provided based on agreed project scope, timelines, and requirements discussed with the client.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for project execution. Any delays caused due to incomplete or incorrect information will not be the responsibility of Black Tech.
All intellectual property created during the project will remain the property of Black Tech until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. After full payment, ownership rights may be transferred to the client as per agreement.
Payment terms will be defined before the start of any project. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
Black Tech is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or system failures.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Clients agree not to misuse our services for illegal activities, harmful actions, or unauthorized access to systems or data.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
